Build a good relationship can boost your response rates and ultimately convert into customers your subscribers that will make you money. You know you need to provide good quality content (better if it is a rare one), so your list will love more. But is that all you need to do?

Actually there is not enough to supply them with good content alone. In fact, your written words in the messages you send are very important also. People are more likely to open and read messages from my good friends and family. Why? Because their friends and family are a few people like and trust. Also their recommendations on something good will follow.
See my point here?

You want to be a good friend from your list and make your you trust them anymore, right? Then what you should do are:

- Personal invitation --

Mention your name in the message body (and on the subject, if possible) each time you send it. This will make your message more personal as they get from their friends. Also keeping your name in front of them will make you feel better in their eyes (when delivering good content ).

- Arrange your messages correctly --

can be scheduled to send a newsletter every week or maybe every 3 days or even every day. If you ask me what is the best time, then unfortunately there is no one who can answer this question. You have to find what time will you comfortable and your list too. Here is a tip, a time when people opt-in on your list, then it is likely that their free time they come to read your e-mail. Thus, the first newsletter sent immediately to the next, it should be around that particular time you send your second and so on.

- More evergreen content, more and better --

What is all green-content? In short, it is the content of the topics that are still relevant and, as for the next 6 months or even years to come. If people opt-in list and they get the same content as you learn about 6 months, it's still hot and never the old date. Some examples for all the green contents:
